The rent prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the property. I was also pleased that I didn’t have to pay out for a deposit. The property is well looked after and has respectful working neighbours within. It’s clean and tidy, it has nice rooms with a comfortable & classy lounge.

Moving in was rapid and quite painless. Nice welcome pack. Rent isn't too step. Some attention to English in communication would be nice, but if that's the worst thing then this is very much deserving of 5 stars. Michelle was really very friendly.
