With the help of skilled local contractors, we extended the original three-bedroom flat, adding an additional rear extention and optimizing the layout to create a seamless two-floor living environment.

- Spacious Bedrooms: Each of the bedrooms have been carefully designed with comfort in mind, featuring contemporary furnishings and tasteful décor. Each bedroom door is lockable. The curtains are black out. A welcome pack consisiting of the following is given to you for your sole use: Tea, Milk, Biscuits, a cup, plate, glass, knife, fork & spoon. We also supply you with towels & bed linen including pillows & duvet.
- Modern Amenities: The property now boasts fully equipped communal areas, including a comfortable living space for socialising, and high-quality facilities. The kitchen two ovens, a grill/oven microwave, air frier, toaster & kettle. Each tenant gets their own cupboard, shelf in the large fridge & a shelf in the large freezer.
- Functional Layout: Maximising natural light and ensuring efficient use of space were top priorities. The new layout allows for both privacy with lockable bedroom doors and communal interaction, making it ideal for shared living. There is one bathroom & one shower room which are cleaned weekly by professional cleaners.
