Our Co-Living homes are selected for their location and quality. All of our properties are in excellent condition inside and out and all have high speed fibre optic broadband, blu-ray and all inclusive rents!
You can move straight into our rooms without any hassle!

YES! All our houses come fitted with unlimited BT infinity fibre optic internet up to 76meg speed* – all you need is a Wi-Fi enabled device to get online!
YES! We provide a kettle, toaster, microwaves, TV, blue ray player, washing machine, vacuum, iron, an ironing board & all kitchen utensils.
In addition, the bedrooms have smart LED TV’s, a computer desk/chair (optional), laundry bag, lamp and pin boards.
There is of course a bed with Luxury bed linen, a Luxury quilt & pillows, Luxury towels, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
Weekly cleaner, TV licence, council tax, heating, water rates, gas, electricity, BT fixed phone line charge, broadband and gardener.
We design our accommodation to suit the needs of sharers. There is a main bathroom that has a toilet, basin, bath and shower and there is a separate shower room with a shower, toilet and basin.
The owners meet the requirements of the National Landlords Association. The properties comply with regulations for letting with Thanet District Council. The standards for approval include having bedrooms of a minimum size, and being fitted with smoke and heat detectors to Council requirements.
No, but we do charge a simple admin fee.
There is a £100 holding fee to hold your room for 5 days – this then comes off the rent balance.
If you’re under 25 years old, a guarantor is required. If you cannot get one, please contact us to see if we can help further.
Your rent will be due monthly and payable by online payment / BACS. The day you move in is the monthly date the rent is due.

The Ramsgate Rooms maintenance team will handle most matters that arise right away. In the event of a matter needing specialist attention, this will be arranged with the appropriate person. We are experienced in property management and pride ourselves on providing an efficient and reliable service to our customers at all times.
